Hi it's basically since yesterday afternoon I've been having issues with my Sky Stream puck that I'm unable to watch any Live TV channel at all. It states the error message "there is a technical fault with this channel"
i am with Virgin Media I've tried both hardwiring and on Wi-Fi but still hasn't worked. making sure my home internet is fully maximised and there is no obstruction blocking the stream puck from functioning in general and is very well ventilated. The speeds I am getting on my Virgin media Broadband is 800-980 as I'm on the Hub 5. I've restarted the puck including a factory reset but still to no avail. I am able to watch the apps built in but the issue comes on live tv and the playlist.
