Sky Stream Puck frozen on start up

My Sky Stream Puck seems to crash on start up or lose the connection to the remote.  The puck launches to the Home Screen and then you cannot interact with it at all.  If you remove the power and reboot it, it then works fine.  Any suggestions apart from continue to do this?

Still have the same problem.  Getting actual support proved difficult so I just unplug it and plug it back in again
