Sky Stream Puck Return

I've been asked to return a Sky Stream Puck. I'm not sure why I've been asked to return it, as we are still subscribed to Sky. However, we did cancel Multi Room as we never used it and don't believe we have two pucks. Can anyone enlighten me, please? The Sky chat is always closed.

Thanks!

Hi @Phil001

You will need to call sky as this is a customer helps customer community. Whole home subscription allows you to watch on more than one device. While this can be a game console it is usually a 2nd puck. As these are only loaned to you, sky expect them to be returned.

If you are saying you never had a second luck? Why would you have whole home? But in any event you will need to discuss it with sky.

Re: Sky Stream Puck Return

You siad you only had one puck, but do you also have a Sky Glass TV or Sky Q?

If you do have a Sky Glass or Sky Q and cancel Whole Home then yes, you will need to return the puck.

If you haven't had any other way of watching Sky and only watched via one puck why were you paying for Whole Home?
