Sky Stream Puck Black screen

I have got Sky stream with a puck. When I switch the tv on there is no picture just a black screen. I also have a puck in one of my bedrooms and that's a black screen too when I switched it on. I have tried all the usual switch everything off including broadband unplug everything then switch back on but still black screen. It's a Samsung tv. Any ideas anybody
