Sky Stream Picture Quality

Hi Sky Community - have been very impressed with Sky Stream picture quality but, for some reason today, the picture has turned very dark and contrasty, making it almost unwatchable! I've not changed anything on remote or TV! Have switched wifi and pick on/off, but still no good! Any suggestions? Thanks, Philip

Just normal TV, all channels, Sky Sports, Netflix, all v poor quality...

Try turning off the puck and TV.  Unplug your HDMI lead and reverse ends and plug back in.  Turn on the puck and see if that helps.
