Sky Stream Order not going through.

I have made multiple attempts to purchase Sky Stream Online. Once I have set up the product, entered the relevent information and click place oder the next page says "we're sorry". Is there any other way to place and order besides doing it online?

Hi @BrettMD You don't mention if you are already a Sky subscriber (Sky Q for example).  If so you need to phone them to order as it means cancelling your existing service.

 

Even if not already a subscriber, if you are having an issue with the online ordering just call them and sort it out over the phone (that's what I did).
