Sky Stream Low Sound

I've had Sky Stream 18 months now 

and never really experienced any problems on either of my pucks 

but noticed a few weeks ago that the sound on live tv and on some apps has gone really low, got a Samsung tv I've done nothing to the settings used to have the tv volume between 12 & 14 and now I have to have it on at least 20 to get the same sound, YouTube and Spotify and a few other apps are fine, has anyone else noticed this issue?

My box has just started doing the same thing - changing the audio settings doesn't do anything, neither does unplug and reboot.

Did you manage to resolve your issue?
