Sky Stream LG C4 issues

Hi,

Just bought a new LG C4, connected to sky stream, picture and streaming quality set to uhd. When accessing the netflix app through sky I can't stream in 4k, however it streams 4k no problem on the netflix app on the TV itself.

I have also tried enabling hdmi deep colour on the lg but whenever I do this it does not recognise the sky stream puck?

Any suggestions, thanks

@Ivanol

Are you using the HDMI cable which came with the puck?

Hi @Ivanol

Is other 4K content working as expected on the puck? You definitely have netflix primum? One thing to try is go into netflix, open the left hand menu > get help > and select the reload netflix option.

Subscribed to UHD and netflix premium. Using what I thought was sky hdmi cable, but just noticed it doesn't have the pink end. I've ordered a new 2.1 cable to see if that makes any difference.

Netflix now crashes on sky when I press play. Will just have to use netflix on on the lg until new cable arrives

I used a certified HDMI 2.1 cable with my puck and never had any issues like this so hopefully it'll sort it for you. As long as it's less than 3 metres long you should be fine.
