Sky Stream - Favourites access via Mini Guide

Hi

apologies if this has already been covered.

had Sky Stream since it first came out. Set up my favourites which I used to access via the select button and clicking left to access them.

Can't access them via this method anymore. Obviously a change from a software update. 

am I missing something?

I have this same issue on my new Sky Stream puck.  Did you ever resolve the problem?

Nope the only way I've managed to do it is press the select button the number 1.(or any favourite number) then use the up/down arrow to work through them

They did change favourites recently, and this might have changed then. I'm unsure as I never used this feature.

Each favourite channel gets given a number, starting from 1. So for example, if BBC One is your first favourited channel you can access it via channel 101 as usual, OR just 1.

This might be a good workaround, you can open the mini-guide and type 1 (but don't press select) and it'll preview what's available on your first favourite channel, and then you can go up/down from there.

I've found that when first turned on if you scroll down to TV guide and click on that, a list appears at the left side where you can scroll up and down to find favourites, all channels, TV shows, Kids, Movies etc. The list shows up and disappears very quickly, so you have to be quick! Hope this helps.

If the list does disappear, you can bring it back quite easily by pressing the left button whilst on the TV guide.
