@HavencroftKev Of course the first thing to try if you haven't already is to unplug your puck from its power source wait a minute or so and plug back in. If you have tried that and it didn't work have you put any objects near your router or puck as they both should have clear area around them? Also if not connected via an Ethernet cable does your router and puck still have a clear line of sight with each other?
