I'm a first time Sky custoemr and after setting up my Sky Stream I attempted to play the latest Rob Vs Romesh but a 3minute advert countdown started playing. The advert was just black with no audio or visuals. When the countdown ended, the program didn't begin, just stayed black.
Going back to the home screen and back to launching the program started the countdown and the black screen showed again. This happened continously.
I was connected to the Sky broadband hub for internet data.
Anyone else had these issues as it's appeared a few times now in the last few weeks? Cheers.
