Sky Stream Black Screen

So I have Sky Stream and I'm constantly experimenting a black screen when selecting a program to watch. This happens whether I'm using the TV Guide or an app. The menus work fine but can't play the program. Sometimes I get sound but no picture sometimes I get nothing. I've tried factory resetting the puck and it's connected to the internet via ethernet (I've also tried WiFi). The only thing that seems to sort it is unplugging the stream pic. But surely this isn't the only way. Currently this isn't fit for purpose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Jellyben who provides your internet service? There have been similar reports where the ISP uses a non-standard network configuration orvthe customer us using a VPN.

First, would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

 

Also, can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.

I've done that a number of times. The speed is really good. I'm getting between 600 and 900.

 

There doesn't seem to be any pattern. One minute it's working fine then nothing. It's so irritating.
