Sky Steam Puck - Playlists Vanished

Am a new customer and have Stream with a Puck. Have built up playlists and overnight they've all vanished. Seen this on previous posts but can't get them back. Not a great start for Sky... Virtual assistant is useless and you can't get to speak to anyone. Not happy

Yes, hasn't made any difference. Everything gone. Playlist just say nothing added.
