Why can't i see Sky Sports + Channels, and the extra TNT Cannels that are included in my package?

@Jimbhoy64   Have you tried resetting your puck?  If not unplug from the power wait at least 30 seconds and plug back in and wait for it to reload.  If that hasn't worked use the voice button to search for one of the sports channels.  Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Jimbhoy64    Are you specifically subscribed to Sport+ and TNT as they are not free. To get Sky Sport+ you need to subscribe to Sky Sport and then it is included and TNT is a separate subscription through Discover Plus (it is not included in the standard Discovery plus subscription which is included with Sky).
