What happens when you try?

I have a sky puck and when I select match option via the multi coloured button nothing happens. Just stays on the main game.

If you have not tried already, would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

That was the first thing I tried.
It's a strange one because the match option works perfectly for football match options, but does nothing when trying to select the rugby super league match option.

Ok, often if that is failing, we do tend to see saw multiple reports on here.

In addition all the Sky Sports + streams are always available for launch in the Sports rails.

So, Home>Sports>Rugby League

If it shows on the Live rail there as Sky Sports + HD, it's on the Sky sports + linear channel.

If it shows Sky Sports +, it's a Sky sports + 'red button or multi coloured button' only match.

Looking at that option it was possibly available to view on the TV via the Sky Sports You tube channel.

I will look into that option next time.

I did watch the game on my iPad!
