Sky sports f1 chancel constantly pixelated and cutting out

No issues with any other channels/apps using sky stream. Internet connected via Ethernet. Only f1 constantly jumping/pixelated/cutting out completely. Missing bits of races and qualifying every week. Help!

Getting the same issues. It's a disgrace really from Sky and the constant denial that it's not their fault and it's a problem from our network. Sky need to sort this out. It's been going on for far too long

Fully agree I ended up switching to sky f1 hd and it seemed a bit  better the race was virtually unwatchable in parts for the second weekend running .

No sound issues here either through using either tv speakers or soundbars.

All set to Dolby Digital Plus in Puck settings.

That is viewing F1 UHD, not seeing any picture issues either.

Just watched the start of the F2 sprint the commentator was getting excited about the start yet on the screen  they had not moved off the grid , ie frozen , on F1 UHD then they jerked their way down the straight , switched to F1 HD and it leapt into life no issues at all  . Obviously some people are having issues with UHD others not . .

This wouldnt have anything to do with the version of Puck you are on ?

I`m a new customer joined couple of months go yet I got V1 of the Puck. Anyone on V2 of the Puck and still get the issue ?

I did read that the difference between V1 and V2 is minimal with the latter running slightly cooler.

It's very frustrating when people on here say there are no issues. This helps Sky. Sky need to understand the frustration for those who are suffering. At some stage they might!!!

@Super+Anthony  Have you reported these issues when you have them, Sky can check at their end if there is an issue with your service, you've been advised of this more than once.

Not everyone has these issues therefore it is really difficult for Sky to pin down.   So you need to report it each time to Sky CS.

Or would you prefer we falselyy report we are having issues when we are not?

Just out if interest who us your broadband provider as I am on EE wondering if it's yet another issue with EE , there is a known issue  where the puck drops the Ethernet connection to the EE hub overnight or when it's off  , resolved strangely  by fitting  a switch between the hub and puck - the switch pings the hub so it stays alive .
