Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering

Hi @tvboy55  Just so you are aware the Ethernet port on both Glass and Stream pucks is limited to 100mbps.  I have 1gb Ethernet and when I had it connected via Ethernet I got around 85mbps at the puck which was more than enough for streaming without any issues.

Thanks well aware of that fact ....... speed test using netflix , as recomended by sky , show arould 85mpbs at the puck.

I'm getting exactly the same issue. Bought a new uhd TV today and can't watch my team in uhd because of this annoying glitch.

Okay. Changed to wired connection and switched off WiFi on puck. Issue disappeared after 2-3 minutes of streaming and all now seems okay.

Sky if you are reading you really need to sort this out !! 
I have had unwatchable Sky sports UHD for 4 months now, stuttering, sounds issues, picture freeezes then speeds up x100 faster to catch up. I have phoned sky on numerous occasions to be fobbed off each time. I have 700/800 mbs broadband speed and TNT UHD works great so definitely a sky issue!! 

I have tried everything but still the issues remain, we are paying a premium for UHD to have unwatchable tv.  Absolutely fed up either with it . To make matters worse everytine you phone you wait ages to get through and then have to go through all the same questions again for the same generic answers. So what's the point in phoning ??

I've been having the same problems the last few months. Tried multiple solutions with no luck. UHD juddering, none when HD.

Going to start looking elsewhere for TV platforms and sports.

Sky UHD is virtually unwatchable. Early sky stream user, 400mbs gigaclear downloads. No problems previously, now non-stop.

Please sort out Sky
