Sky Sports UHD extra channels

Until I recently reset my puck, I had the 3 extra sky sports UHD channels saved as favourites. I believe when I saved them they were on channels 903-5 something like that but they'd long since disappeared. However I could always access them through my favourites (so please don't tell me they don't exist). Wrexham are currently playing on sky sports football and there's rugby league on. Before I lost my favourites both of these would have UHD availability. I've tried going through sport>football to find a UHD feed and on the sky sports football channel. There was no "select for UHD" option nor was it available via the multicolour button. I'd really appreciate someone from Sky responding. There must be a way to add these channels because, as I said, they were accessible easily before I lost my favourites. We pay a lot of money for Sky Sports and the UHD add on and it should be available.

Re: Sky Sports UHD extra channels

I thought sky have responded to previous posts on here but might be wrong. And my comments were directed at Sky not customers including the '(please don't tell me they don't exist)'. I'm sorry but after speaking to Sky's online chat for days when I got more info from AI, did a reset that I didn't need to do which has caused this issue, I fancied a moan 😅. You don't have to reply.

Is this on Sky Stream? I know it still works on Sky Q but not working on Sky stream anymore.

@Wakey93  The additional spare UHD entries on the TV Guide were removed some time ago, red button/Sky Sports+ app is the current way to select any additional streams.

You're still getting access to all available UHD Live sports content so removal of the spares aren't taking anything away from  your subscription as Sky have never said that there would be X amount of additional UHD Live sport streams on the TV Guide.

Sky publish Sky Sport ME UHD, Sky Sport F1 UHD & there is also the additional Sky Sports ME UD Low Latency channel on the TV Guide, therefore you are getting all the channels as per your subscription.

You're also on a streaming platform so if there are no TV Guide entries unlike satellite TV you can't tune these in.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm new to Stream but if you add a UHD event from the TV Guide to your playlist (eg Premier League match) it should immediately "series link", so that and all later matches should be in your playlist. I'm not certain it's foolproof but hopefully it should work.

Yes that's been the case for a long time.

As well as bringing up the Watch in Ultra HD link, it will also show the Watch from Start and Real time (previously live sync) links.

The Watch in Ultra HD link will go to either 903/904, that yes once were visible as channels in the tv guide list. Still there, but now hidden as targeted channels on their own.

Afraid, any  Cricket UHD will suffer when two football matches like today take up the above Ultra HD channels, along with Sky Sports Main Event UHD.
