Hello all. .
I have Sky Stream entertainment with Netflix and Sky Cinema. No sky sports package. Im watching SSN transfer talk and unable ro restart the programme as its asking me ro upgrade to a sky sports package. Wth?
Anyone had this issue?

I've noticed a few times when I've restarted that program it restarts me on the sky sports premier league channel version . Maybe that's why as u don't have sports package

Does Restart depend on on-demand and hence a Sky Sports subscriptions?
Have you tried rewind rather than restart😉

I couldn't rewind as the puck wasn't on / on that channel.
I have never had a sky sports subscription, always had SSN and I'm almost certain I've watched from start before.

Must have just been a weird glitch.
I've just tried it again, restart programme on SSN and it worked absolutely fine.

It happens quite often. I mentioned it a few times here with no answers.
Although "The Football Show" runs for three hours I can usually only record the first 90 minutes on Playlist. Sometimes if I watch live it records the second half of the programme. The guide has it as three hourly blocks.
Seems like a software issue.

This is one of the issues with the playlist system when shows are broadcast on the the base package included channels like Sky Showcase and Sky Sports News but are also broadcast on the premium channels at the same time. In situations like this it tends to add the viewing from the premium channel where it was broadcast as opposed from the base channel like Sky Sports News. This would likely be due to the playlist working on a per show/episode basis rather than also utilising the broadcast channel, which inherently causes issues like this.
