hi, did anyone's Sky Sports F1 UHD stop not too long ago on Sky Stream sound kept playing but video stopped?

Has anyone had their SkySpME UHD channel not work but other UHD like SkySpF1 work?

I just watched the Italian GP on delay via my playlist.  I had this issue multiple times - picture would freeze but audio would continue then the pictures would resume at high speed until it caught up with the audio.  I also had random interuptions where the stream would stop and I'd get the preview of the TV show 'Trigger Point', 3 times in total I think.  Lastly the picture quality was slowly degrading, like there was fog in Milan, but then it would be clear after I restarted the puck.  Total puck restarts was 6, which is a new record for 1 grand prix and a new low for the **bleep** service that Sky Stream is..

I watched it via my planner later in the day and playback was perfect.

Tried to watch f1 UHD with HLG HDR enabled to watch Spanish Practice 3 with new tv LG 65 G6.

Works for a while and then screen freezes with audio still playing. 

If you switch channels and back get a blank screen with Technical Fault. 

Rebooting sky stream pucks brings the channel back to life again for a while and then freezes happened again. 

Have Ethernet cable attached to router with WiFi off. Speed test in Netflix app shows constant 87Mbps so didn't think it was a spee issue on my end. 

Any ideas or advice? Concerned what qualifying and race experience will be!

@ChrisSparkes  Is you stream puck nearby your hub?   It could be worth trying ethernet between the puck & hub also turning off wifi on the puck to see if this provides a better more stable connection.

Trying to watch the f2 sprint ahead of f1 qualifying, there maybe a problem with this channel, screen goes blank then kicks me to the main guide, who is glitching every few seconds like you've sat on the pause button. 

Definitely no issues with my internet. 

Thank god my contract is up in two months , used to love these pucks but now having to restart every day.

I managed to watch all of Sky UHD Main event yesterday without any glitches for F1. 

Just started the build up on the Sjy F1 UHD channel and frozen again, so dont think it is my setup - have followed the guidance on here i.e. network has WiFi turned off and is connected to SKy WIFI Max router via Ethernet.

I just was the Madrid race on catch up and this time it was fine.  However, just whent to watch channel 101 andit keeps throwing 'enter PIN' and then blue screen technical fault with audio still OK in the back ground.  I also had the random switch to the trailer for 'Trigger Point'.

I've had a complaint open for ages with Sky for various issues and they just kept telling me nothing is wrong and pressuring me to close it and eventually 'bribed' me with a decent amount of credit to my account.  I'm on Sky Broadband which they also checked and concluded it was fine and unrelated.

Having come from a long career in mobile telecoms including lots of involvement in multimedia apps I've come to the conclusion that the puck is buggy as hell.
