Sky Remote

My SKY remote has never worked properly since day 1. I've asked for a replacement, but it seems to be a long time coming. 

 

Any idea how long I should wait before chasing it up?

@Alan117 When I had an issue with my remote it was before the online request form was available so I had to call them for a replacement.  I ended up calling 4 times before I actually got the replacement.

 

You can now request a replacement online at the following link and by all accounts they arrive within a couple days.
