Sky Q to Stream
Hi
Ive gone from sky Q to steam , instore said make a new account to get it cheaper under my sons name and was told that I can see all my film purchases if I logged in under my old Account
so how do I do that as I can't seem to see how

If that's possible it would have to be in the Sky Store app on the Stream puck.
Try using the Voice Control to open it.

Can you log in to the Sky Store website with your old SkyID username and password? If you can then try logging in to the Sky Store app on the Sky Stream puck with the same details.
If it doesn't work then you were probably misinformed and Sky have perhaps locked down use of the Sky Store app to only the SkyID linked to the account the puck is registered to.
You can still view your movies on the Sky Store app on mobile devices and I believe some LG TVs have the Sky Store app available.
Personally, I've always purchased movies from Prime Video or Apple TV's store - they at least have apps which are more widely available on multiple devices, much more so than Sky Store. Better quality and cheaper too.
