Sky Q to Sky Stream

Hi ,

We've been Sky Q customers for many years but now looking to move to Stream (not Glass).

A couple of questions ...

Will our Sky Store purchases still be available on Sky Stream, if we move ?

How many pucks can we have (we have one Sky Q box and three mini boxes currently) ?

Many Thanks

Sky Store purchases can be streamed via the Sky Store app on a Stream puck.

You can have up to 6 Stream pucks on one account but will need the Whole Home subscription in order to use them all. You will also need to make sure you can supply a fast and stable enough broadband connection to each puck as they operate independently and do not act as WiFi hotsposts like Sky Q miniboxes can.
