You add the monthly Whole Home subscription to your Sky package, along with a puck. You cannot purchase them, they are loaned to you and come with a £39.95 activation fee.

According to Google:

How to Order Online

  • Open the My Sky app or log in to your account on a web browser.
  • Go to Your Products.
  • Select Manage, then choose Home setup to order your extra puck.
(Note: If you are ordering multiple extra pucks, you may need to activate the first new one before ordering subsequent ones.)

How are you trying to purchase one?
You mention you already have Whole Home pack, you normally need that to be active before you can order a puck.

In your MySky app or MySky account online (make sure you are signed in) under

Your Productts, scroll down click on Manage, then Home setup

Scroll down and you should see Sky Stream with a + box.

Each extra puck will be £39.95.
