Sky Puck

I have 2 Sky Pucks (different rooms) & have noticed that after a few months they would occasionally freeze, but would work again after switching off / switching on or removing powere supply temporarily. This problem has now become more frequent and yesterday, one of them had to be powered down 3 times. Any suggestions or do they need replacing? FYI, I haven't had them for a year yet.

Are they both receiving sufficient broadband speed? Check the speed each is receiving by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app.

If they're not both receiving a stable minumum of 25Mbps then give your router a reboot and try connecting your pucks again. Periodic reboots of the pucks themselves is also adviseable due to the server-based nature of SkyOS.

Supplying your pucks with a fast and stable connection is crucial for the OS to function, otherwise you'll continue to have issues.
