Sky Puck

Hi. I recently got a new sky puck and am having a problem.The puck froze and i had no other option but t plug it out and also did this to my internet.When  setting up puck iget a code to activate it again and when i go to sky.com/activate i get this message "sorry this page is restricted". Why am i receving this? I tried everything from resetting the device and restoring to factory settings even deleted my internets browsing history signed in and still get the message above.Been a sky customer for 19 years and not getting any help is unacceptable.

Hi 

 

most common cause for this message is logging into the activate page with the wrong email address / sky account. The sky login needs to be the email address you used when you purchased sky stream. 

best to login to the web page first then go through the activation process on the puck
