Sky Puck

I was wondering if anyone could advise me, currently I'm putting a television on my wall and I would like to put my sky puck behind it, though I'm struggling because of the size of the plug ? Has anyone found a slimmer version that I could use ?

Thanks

@robster2

If you do a search on the Sky Stream forum you'll see that this has been asked many, many times over the past couple of years.

There's no 'official' alternative to the supplied plug but some have apparently found alternatives which can work. You do so at your own risk though - any unauthorised power supply which then damages a Sky-owned puck, may make you liable to pay for a replacement.

An incorrect or poor quality power supply can also interfere with software updates or cause interference on your network connection.

On another note, the puck is recommended being out in the open ( and not hidden behind a TV or inside a cupboard).

Re: Sky Puck

There should be no issue with hidden Pucks when connected by ethernet .... I know of at least 3😉
