Sky Puck

Looks like the SKY puck is a wast of time going by what is being said on hear mine hasten worked proply since 22 May 2024 and went of line on Monday ,been waiting since Monday  for some action from the SKY team got to give them till Friday befor I can ring back what a feasco

@PJ28  The puck is on loan so just phone Sky and tell them it doesn't work and you want it replaced.  The majority of pucks work flawlessly but there are always exceptions.  Provided you have sufficient broadband stability and speed you should not be have problems.

That's a shame to hear.  I've had the sky pucks nearly 3 years now, not really experienced any major issues.

 

if you're finding it's not connecting do you have it connected via lan or WiFi.  If WiFi have you changed the settings for start up and standby.  This sometimes helps with connectivity issues

I sertanly would not recommend the puck as a way to view TV ,the fault is a account/administration problem I got to wait till 17-00hr to see if it's been sorted but I am thinking about packing it in as we have been with out tv since Monday morning ( it's a good job the Amazon  Fire TV is a good back up plan )

You may find NOWTV a more robust way of accessing Sky Subscription channels using your Fire TV devices🤔

Just to give a up date, it's a email addres problem, which at the moment customer service are trying to sort out with out much look on the phone 1-30minits this morning 😂good job I am retired 😂 now waiting for a call back from them 🙈

The latest instalment on my puck final got it retested yesterday afternoon , tried to watch the TV last night same problem keeps losing the pickture phoned up again this morning on the phone for 2hr again they tried different things told to see how today goes they are ringing me tomorrow to see what's happening 🙈😤
