Did you purchase the puck from Sky? If you didn't then it may be stolen property. Only pucks sold by Sky between October 2022 and February 2023 were customer-owned and allowed to be sold. All pucks after that date are loaned by Sky to paying subscribers. If those subscribers sell any of their pucks, Sky can and will deactivate them when someone else tries to activate them.
