We have Sky Q and multi room. Can we get a Sky Puck to use our existing subscription on our caravan?

Sadly no. You can have a Q or Glass/Stream contract but not both.
Stream Puck cannot be used on a travelling basis either.
You'd be best to get an Apple TV and you can then use Sky Go on the move.
