Sky Puck/stream freezing or going to blank screen

I have seen so many threads about stream freezing or just locking up which leading to doing full resets.  Mine has been doing it quite abit and I've tried alsorts and still nothing. 
anyone got an answer to this at all?  WiFi speed is good. Just don't know why it decides to just basically go dead.

We have 2 pucks and both are doing this!  Nobody seems to be able to help. Very very frustrated such a waste of money

I have the same problem and this is my second puck. The first lasted 2 weeks and I have to reset this puck approximately every few days

@Hendo1988    Are you connected by Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi ?

Wifi 499 wps fibre and the router is less than 4 feet from the puck
