Watch from start on Tv programme, jumps back after adverts, it takes 1 1/2 hours to watch an hour TV

If we choose to watch from start on ITV after a programme has started, when it gets to the advert end, 3 minutes or so, it jumps back to the begining of the programe, this may happen 3 or 4 times, jumping back to the begining of the last section, it is so frustrating

@DexterNotts   You could try going to Settings, System management, and chose Refresh apps.  This takes quite a few minutes before you can proceed, and I understand it can carry on in the backgrounds for several hours so if not an immediate fix give it 24 hours before checking.
