My Sky Puck remote has decided to stop working.
The screen tells me to hold 4 and 6 together for 2 seconds. I've tried this multiple times.
I've changed the batteries. The light comes on in remote.
I've tried holding down 7 and 9. I've tried 1 and 3
Any ideas?

You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine).
If none of the above help then I would request a replacement by completing the request form at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote (if you sign into your My Sky account first the form will be partly completed with some of your relevant details).
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

@Fothergill1 Thank you so much for your reply. I used the link you sent to get a new remote, it arrived today and Sky is back up and running.
