Sky Puck remote fault

Hi there,

Our sky puck/stream remote had leaking batteries shortly after first month of usage. These are the batteries that already came with the remote and it would appear thre leakage has damaged the remote to the point of a fault. The TV does not react to the remote buttons.

@AmeHin98 this is a known issue as some batches of the remote are faulty.

 

You can request a replacement remote via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

If you have an old Sky Q remote, you can use that as an interim solution whilst you await the new remote.
