Hello all,
due to a corrupt Apple TV app, I got a new puck yesterday but the remote no longer turns off the TV as the old one did - not a great issue as I use the TV one instead but a bit of nuisance. The TV is not too exotic being a LG55C8OLED. I have several times gone through the set up and even inputted my TV model all to no avail.
I am using my old remote as it has the softer rubbery feel base whilst the new one is like a bar of soap with its slippery shiny polished plastic.
