I have two pucks. One of them works perfectly well, the other over saturates the colours especially when accessing items from the play list i.e. through the apps. The colour saturation increased especially in the red range. The only solution is to turn the puck off and start again. It also causes the attached projector to hunt for suitable display settings flicking between settings for a long time before settling on one. Frequently ending up with the same over saturation.
To be clear, the other puck does not have these issues with exactly the same setup and wiring.
I have reset the puck back to factory defaults multiple times, changed cables for known good ones but the problem still manifests.
This puck is broken I would like a replacement.
