Sorry folks I've come here for a rant. I signed up to Sky almost 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, supposedly my puck was sent out the next day. On the Thursday of that week my parcel arrived at the Royal Mail Super Hub in the Midlands and it has sat there ever since. I have asked Sky to chase Royal Mail, they wont, I have asked Sky to send out another puck, they won't, I have asked Sky to cancel my order and I will order again, they won't.
I have also called Royal Mail but they can't help me as Sky is their customer not me.
I sent a complaint to Sky yesterday. I had a response saying I would have a call within 24 hours. Guess what - no call.
Any ideas??
