Sky Puck not powering up

We've had this issue for a few weeks and have reset the puck nearly daily recently.  

overnight the puck seems to fully power off.  No white light, no response to controller etc. Ethernet light is on, so we know there is power going to the box. 

Any suggestions/ do we need to get a replacement puck, and if so how?

If it doesn't work you will need to call sky for a replacement. On the last step click "No, I still need help" and you will be presented with contact options for sky.
