Sky Puck not playing programmes

Hi I ordered a sky Puck with sky around 9 months ago we have been using one no problem, have only just set up the second one on the other TV and have gone back to use the normal TV with the original one but it won't play any programmes? No error message just changed the resolution which we have now changed back and won't play any programmes. Have factory reset the device after seeing a post regarding this but even that's not working? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks
