Sky Puck not playing Netflix

Screen just freezes. Puck has been very unreliable for weeke

Hi @MikeC8 

 

Have you rebooted your puck and router as a starting point? Also you can try a reload of netflix: go netflix > profile pic > get help > reload netflix.

 

This will clear the cache and force a logout (ensure you know your username and password).

It did work briefly now not working again. Honestly, Sky Puck is incredibly unreliable piece of kit.
