Sky Puck is turning off tv

I am having issues with my Sky Puck. It is randomly turning off my TV without any input. It does this at random times it can last hours and somtimes it turnes off every few minutes.

I have tried the usual trouble shooting powering off and on checking for updates, leaving it unpluged over night but non of this has fixed the issue. 

Is this a common issue that can be fixed or should I ask sky for a replacement Puck.

Is the puck connected directly to your TV or via a soundbar? Do you have CEC control switched on? 

CEC on the Stream puck is known to cause issues with some brands of TV, soundbar and AV receiver where it can trigger unusual behaviour and turn devices on/off or disable them.
