Sky Puck freezes and juddering

Does anybody else's Sky Puck just freeze the picture and then start juddering/stuttering and then shutdown? 

This happens with Live TV and when watching streams, it's really annoying. The system then restarts and you have to look for what you were watching again.

WiFi signal is good and always connected and puck is well within range of router. I have checked Sky settings too and they have not helped, it still freezes and shuts down.

Does the puck need updating or are the Pucks not any good?
