Your Tele could of had a faulty hdmi connection from the beginning? One slight wrong knock to the hdmi causes these mishaps, I guarantee no external device unless the user is rough with the plugging in and taking out is responsible for any TV mishaps? Unless your saying it's a got a virus, this sounds like your after a new TV after breaking it...
