Sky Puck box keeps flashing

Having issue with my box it just keeps flashing white won't turn on

@Auds-  Try unplugging your puck from the mains for ten minutes and plug back in.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This sounds like your Sky Stream puck is stuck in standby.

Read and follow the advice here, namely performing the recovery procedure in step 4;
