Sky Puck Stuck on Pin Reset

I have 4 stream puck and 2 of them were having issues buffering then getting technical difficulties with a variety of channels. I have done a hard reset and I have to reset my pin and when I do get to reset it gets stuck on the Pin reset screen. I have tried a resetting and setting different pins and getting nowhere.
