What audio output settings are you using on your puck? Is it connected directly to your TV? Do you use a soundbar or AVR?
Try changing the audio output from Auto to PCM Stereo or Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital+ to see if it improves things.
Also make sure you've rebooted your puck and check that the HDMI cable is firmly connected at both ends.
