Sky Puck - Prime Video App problem

Amazon prime video won't play content on sky pucks.  It opens the app and trailer and advert play then it just displays message "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

Ive spoken to sky and also amazon and they don't know what the problem is. They just say try again after few days.  This started  couple of months ago 

anyone else having issues ?

@confusedxxx   I am not sure why this is happening but have you tried an App refresh?  If not go to Settings, System management, Reset & restart and select App refresh.  This takes a few minutes but will automatically take you back to the Home Screen when done.  Just to be on the safe side, go straight back in and this tine select Restart.  Again this will eventually take you back to the Home Screen.  I hope that works.

There is a thread here somewhere discussing in detail Prime. Tjere is a known issue Sky and Amazonnare supposedly working on it but as you say it has been months and not resolved. It doesn't affect everyone but some user have had issues. 

We aait and wait in the meantime the only solution is use an alternative dource to stream Prime.
