Sky Puck Not activating
Need help. Puck status still says out for delivery, can't activate, tried later, every 4 hours now 22.30 and still not working, can't get though to sky on phone, hard reset 3 times, I have whole home and 2 other pucks for over a year just wanted to add one more! Did I just waste £40?

Unfortunately as we are fellow customers there isnt much we can do. It's likely going to need someone at skys end to force the status to delivered.
At what stage Re you getting stuck? I.e. when you have plugged your puck in and joined WiFi etc? Do you get the screen with a code to enter at sky.com/activate ?

Thanks for the rapid reply, yep I get to the activation code but nothing happens. Tried a few times now but I think it's the delivery status stuck that's not allowing me to register. Do you have any shortcuts to getting a sky human to help please? Tried calling but after selecting a music option on hold and waiting ages, I gave up. Way too painful.

I have the same problem. Sky support told me it's happening to a lot of people. When I asked how long I have to wait for a fix, he said up to 5 days.
