Sky Puck - No connection

Hello All. I have just upgraded to Sky WiFi Max to ensure I can get the Sky Puck to work. I've also had the booster and placed this in a good place to allow the signal to reach all areas, however the Puck loads and shows the Sky logo, but then nothing and the TV shows No Signal. Is there something I'm doing wrong?? Thanks Lee

Hi @leecorbett318

 

So your booster etc should be unrelated as that is your internet. When you power on your puck and you see the logo, after it goes off wait a few minutes and press the home button on your remote. Does the white light come on on the front of the puck?

 

If not flip your puck over and press the button on the bottom. Does this turn it on?

 

If the white light is on but your not seeing an output you may need to check the settings on your TV to ensure the match what the puck is outputting. Maybe post the make and model.

 

Let us know if it's turning on and we can give some next steps.
