Future updates for Sky Stream

Will be interesting to see what good updates are in the pipeline for the puck. I do love the home page with the exception of the settings etc boxes half way down and mixed in the middle. I did provide some constructive feedback to the team last week, and the very helpful individual agreed with me and would report it back

Generally though, it's a fantastic set up and an improvement from Q

I wonder if we will ever get the split screens again in the future?

Sky Stream and Sky Glass being the latest products will be getting updates to the firmware, Sky OS and apps in the coming months or years.

Im sure there are plenty of the above in  the future timeline, but what they are, only Sky know.

Sky do read this community and any constructive feedback will obviously be taken on board.

As for the settings move, it has already been discussed in this thread;

I would  not expect the split screen to appear anytime soon, if ever. I enjoyed it many years back, but I recall it was not used by many customers to justify it and also viewing habits have moved on.

With a plethora of devices these days, it's quite easy to watch live Sports streams on multiple devices and with Sky Stream/Glass it is very easy to switch between live content and live streams within apps.

The Sky Sports app and Tennis on D+ now makes it very quick and easy to switch to another live match, from a live rail selection bar.

Split screens

Does anyone know if as an update in the future and be able to see split screens again. I know we had it on Q for a period and it was great to be able to see two live events at the same time

@Super+Anthony  Sky don't make any future features public so no one here can advise of that.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Future updates for Sky Stream

Sorry i forgot i had already asked this, my fault.

I understand but we have seen in the past news about something happening at a later date so it will be interesting to see if Sky have any plans on adding this at some stage in the future, or not
